Photo Booth Expo 2025
What happens in Vegas...gets blogged about! We just got back from an incredible trip to the Photo Booth Expo in Las Vegas, and let us tell you—it was absolutely amazing! It was so nice to step away from the daily grind and fully immerse ourselves in everything photo booth. From new innovations to inspiring seminars, this trip was one for the books!
One of the biggest highlights? Everybooth unveiling their brand-new enclosed booth, CABINA! We were already on the hunt for a new enclosed booth and had been eyeing a different option at the expo. But then Cabina stepped in and BLEW THEM OUT OF THE WATER. Seriously, the design, the features, the aesthetic—everything about it was next level. We were so ready to throw our money at them, but alas, they weren’t quite ready to sell yet. But word on the street is they’ll be available this summer, and WE CANNOT WAIT!
The expo itself was a whirlwind of inspiration. Walking through the exhibitor booths was like being a kid in a candy store—so many fun and exciting ideas to bring back to our business! We saw innovative props, fresh backdrops, and tech upgrades that had us buzzing with excitement. Some of these ideas will definitely be making their way into our setups soon—stay tuned!
And let’s talk about the seminars—so much valuable insight! Getting to hear from other photo booth business owners about their experiences, strategies, and challenges was beyond helpful. There’s something special about being in a room full of people who just get it. We walked away feeling energized, motivated, and ready to take our business to the next level.
Of course, it wasn’t all business. We made sure to have a little fun too! Hanging out with the other little dove (because every trip is better with great company 😁🥰) and spending quality one-on-one time was such a treat. We even tried our luck at blackjack and—guess what?—we came home with a little extra cash! Vegas, baby!
But the real adventure? Quin’s wallet saga. Picture this: We’re about to head home, bags packed, got all the way back to the airport terminal from the car rental shuttle, ready to head to our terminal... and Quin realizes his wallet is missing. Yep, it was still in our rental car. And to make matters worse, this meant he had to get back on the shuttle and head back to the rental garage! Cue pure panic. With just 45 minutes until our flight, Quin had to sprint to the rental car shuttle, head back to the garage, and try to find our rental through hundreds of cars, praying he’d find the right one. To make matters worse when he got back to the rental garage, the car had already been moved from our drop-off spot so he was convinced he wasn’t going to find his wallet and he was surely going to miss the flight, and honestly? So was I.
But by the GRACE OF GOD, he found the car. And the wallet. With all his money still inside. What followed was a full-on Olympic-level sprint through the entire Las Vegas Allegiant terminal 😂, making it to the gate with literally five minutes to spare. HALLELUJAH!
All in all, this trip was everything we hoped for and more. We learned so much, made incredible connections, and had some unforgettable moments. Now, it’s time to take all this inspiration and make some magic happen in our business. Until next time, Vegas!
